A Recap of the First #40toNoneDay!

posted in: News | 0

On April 29, 2015, the True Colors Fund hosted the very first #40toNoneDay, a national day to raise awareness about lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) youth homelessness, and to provide supporters with simple ways to get involved.

Throughout the day, people shared “unselfies” (selfies with a cause) with the hashtag #40toNoneDay on social media to show their support! The True Colors Fund was also in Washington, D.C. with Co-Founder Cyndi Lauper advocating for and discussing strategies to end LGBT youth homelessness.

Check out some of the online highlights of the day!
